Your management will be trained in the proper use of the PAPERCHIP® METHOD and its software as customized to your specific needs, the same method as used during the first step when defining and recording your company’s mission, objectives, strategies, tasks and actions. Once implemented and managed in the right way you have solved the problems with overlaps in tasks, confusion among employees, bottle-necks and fruitless meetings. The second step will be finished after approximately three month and settled. At that point you can decide to proceed without any further involvement of third parties.
