Work processes and organization structure

The PAPERCHIP® method is focussed on all the work processes within an enterprise that contribute to the achievement of the enterprise’s defined mission and objectives.

The work processes are divided into tasks. The tasks are provided with the required know-how, needed for a correct and timely execution of these tasks.
The tasks are assigned to own employees or outside staff and the responsibility for the execution is attached to only one function or functionary. In this manner the tasks, the authority, the responsibility and the control of the work pressure, are well arranged within the organization.

As a result of the ordering of work processes (organization) structures arise.
As an example a Commercial structure, which on its term can be subdivided into Public Relations, Marketing, Acquisition and Sales.
Also external work processes and work processes imposed by third parties will be included in this approach

Personal skills and idiosyncrasy are thoroughly considered when grouping work processes.

PAPERCHIP®’s goal is to capture the information flow and the required know-how in a clear structure resulting in a transparent and surveyable organization in which all concerned feel comfortable and at home.
PAPERCHIP® can help you to achieve this result in a relative short period of time by effectively training key people in your company.
